Presently, we use the Performance of Contract (i.e., to deliver the services to our customers) and consent as the lawful basis for processing. We also use our Customer’s end user data to derive aggregated analytics such as duration of book reading, book opened / assigned, Reading Time, Pages Read, Reading Sessions, Average. Reading Time / Session, Avg. Pages Read / Session, Notes Shared / Created, Highlights Shared / Created, Resources Viewed / Available etc.
  • Customer Support. If you send us a request (for example via a support email or one of our feedback mechanisms), we respond to your request or to help your issues.
  • For any other purpose as provided for in the Services Agreement between the customer and us, or as otherwise authorized by the customer;in accordance with or as may be required by law.

We may set up product demos or send you marketing or promotional materials. You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information

We will update you with improvements in our services, new features and, from time to time, also carry out direct marketing of our products and services. Direct marketing is carried out only if you consent to receive such communications from us.

We also send an invitation to our events or conferences.

Users under 16 years of age

When you decide to close your account, we delete all personal information about you, including any user-generated content.

Refund Policy

We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%, but we understand that they cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you would like to request a refund, please open a “Refund Request” support ticket. When requesting a refund, we respectfully ask that you meet the following refund policy conditions:

We cannot grant refunds on renewal payments. Our payment provider, Razorpay, now charge fees for each refund. Thus, refunds will only be offered at our sole discretion within 30 days of your initial purchase. You must also meet the eligibility conditions for a refund request below:

You have purchased the plugin/subscription, and after installing and testing the plugin, you have found that it will not work for your business or required setup within 30 days of your initial purchase.

You have an issue that we are unable to resolve which makes the system unusable within 30 days of your initial purchase. We may ask you questions regarding the nature of your refund request so we can improve the plugin in the future.

If your issue(s) comes from not being able to install the plugin properly or get the plugin to perform its basic functions, we will happily consider your refund request.

You have contacted our support team and allowed us to attempt to resolve your issue(s), or have explained why the plugin will not work for you within 30 days of your initial purchase.

Please note, technical issues caused by 3rd party plugins, themes, or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.

You agree to deactivate and uninstall the plugin from your site if a refund is granted.

Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion. By purchasing plugin(s) from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions. We are not liable to cover any differences in exchange rates between the time you purchased and the time you are refunded.
