CloudNow Technologies (CNW) is a fast growing IT consulting and software development company. It has partnered with Google for reselling deploying Google products with the requirement to design, develop and deploy Google’s product suite training to its clients.

Every time a client needed training, CNW would have to deploy one of its senior resources to conduct the training. This was not always economical as training for smaller clients didn’t justify the cost of keeping a high-value resource available
The new solution needed to be ‘trainer independent’ and allow the user to understand the new application without the intervention of a trainer.
Given the contrasting schedules of employees across the organisation it was challenging to allocate a fixed time and place for training. The solution would have to give users the ability to access content whenever possible.
HBX mapped an end-to-end solution in the form of Software Simulation with interim Show-Me and Try-It activities. This approach ensured a conducive virtual learning environment for the learners to try, perform and apply the acquired skillset.
